How to delete your data
Remove the app in your Threads settings and we cut off access immediately. Or write to us and we will erase everything by hand.
What we delete
- Your access token - destroyed first, the same moment.
- Your projects, phrases, saved leads and drafted replies.
- Your business description.
What stays, and why
Only the record of the deletion request itself stays: the confirmation code, your Meta profile id and the date. It exists so the code can show that the deletion was carried out. It holds no token, none of your projects and no text.
When
Access: immediately. Everything else: within 30 days.
