Cancel at any time
Settings carries a «Cancel subscription» button. It takes effect at once: the saved card is forgotten and nothing is charged next month. You do not have to give a reason, and nobody will ring to talk you out of it.
The month you paid for stays yours
The service runs to the end of the period you have already paid for - cancelling does not cut off access that minute. That period is not refunded: a month in which you used the service counts as a service delivered.
If a charge was made in error
A charge after cancellation, a double charge, or a charge that is not 999 UAH is our mistake, and we refund it in full. Write to us and we will answer within three working days. The refund is made by the bank, to the same card.
How long a refund takes
Once we start a refund, the bank usually credits the card within one to five working days. That window is set by your card issuer, not by us.
Your consumer rights
None of this limits the rights Ukrainian consumer protection law gives you. Where the law gives you more than this page does, the law applies.
