Subprocessors

Why this list exists

Running the service means using somebody else's infrastructure, and some of your data unavoidably passes through it. Below is the whole list. It changes rarely; when it changes, this page changes with it.

Google Cloud - servers, database, files

The application, the database, file storage and secret storage run on Google Cloud in region europe-west1 (Belgium, European Union). That is where your projects, phrases, found posts, draft replies and encrypted tokens live.

Resend - email

Address confirmation, password resets, the daily digest and service notices are sent through Resend. It receives your email address and the text of the letter - and nothing else.

Meta Platforms - Threads

Connecting a profile, finding public posts and publishing replies all go through the official Threads API. This is not data handed «to a third party»: it is the same platform whose account you use and whose access you granted yourself.

JSC Universal Bank (plata by mono) - payments

Card acquiring. Card details are entered on the bank's page and never reach us; we keep only a token - an opaque identifier that lets the next charge happen and is not a card number.

What is NOT on this list: third-party AI providers

Replies are drafted by a language model running on our own hardware in Ukraine, not at OpenAI, Anthropic or any other external service. Your posts, your business description and the generated replies do not leave our infrastructure to be generated. This is not a promise about the future: the service refuses to start if the model address leads outside our own network.
