What the service does
Namir finds public posts in which people ask about products or services, and helps you reply to them from your business account.
You are responsible for what is published
Replies are published from your account and are your public statements. You are responsible for their content. By default the service only prepares drafts — you publish. Automatic publishing is something you switch on yourself and can switch off at any time.
Limits we impose on ourselves
We deliberately keep reply volume far below what the platform permits, pace publishes apart, and never publish two replies under the same post. This exists to protect your account.
Platform rules
The service works through the official Threads API. You agree not to use it in a way that breaches Meta’s rules. We may suspend access if we observe such use.
What we do not guarantee
We do not guarantee any number of posts found, replies sent, or customers gained. The volume of public posts depends on the platform, not on us. Access to keyword search depends on a permission granted by Meta, which may be changed or withdrawn.
Termination
You may disconnect your account at any time. We may discontinue the service with advance notice.
