How to find customers for a car service
Customers for a car service are in the posts where a driver asks for a garage or mechanic. Our hypothesis: such posts often say «verified», because the person looks not for the cheapest but for someone they can trust with the car.
The second kind of post is urgent: the car has stopped and a tow truck or an auto electrician is needed. Minutes probably count here, and a short reply beats a long one.
This is advice, not measurement: the project corpus holds no post about a car service, so everything below is our recommendation.

The requests drivers write
Six phrases from the project query list. Two intentions stand behind them: finding a service and finding a particular specialist.
порадьте перевірене СТО
In English: recommend a verified garageThe word «verified» asks for trust, not a discount. A reply with no fact about your service is unlikely to convince.шукаю СТО
In English: looking for a garageA short «looking for a garage» with no adjectives. What exactly is broken has to be found in the text of the post.порадьте автомеханіка
In English: recommend a car mechanicThe person looks for a human, not a business: a mechanic they can trust. If you work under your own name, this is your phrase.шукаю автомеханіка
In English: looking for a car mechanicThe same with the verb «looking for»: the person has started searching and has not decided yet.порадьте автоелектрика
In English: recommend an auto electricianA narrow speciality: car electrics. If you do not have it, skip such a post instead of replying in general terms.порадьте шиномонтаж
In English: recommend tyre fittingA plain, clear service. The person needs to know where they will be received, not how you work.
What exactly is broken, the phrase does not say: it has to be found in the text of the post. So read it to the end before you decide whether it is yours.
An urgent post and a calm post call for two different replies
In an urgent post (tow truck, auto electrician) we suggest a short reply: whether you take it, in which district, and one question about where the car stands.
In a calm post (garage, mechanic, tyre fitting) the person is choosing. One concrete, checkable thing about your work does better here: what you work with, not that you are «the best».
What «verified» means to someone looking for a garage
The word «verified» asks you to show that others have used you. In public that can be shown only with facts: which cars and which faults you work with all the time.
Do not invent reviews and do not quote customers who do not exist. A true reply without epithets is more reliable than a pretty one with an invention in it.
When to stay silent
If a post is a funny repair story, a talk about fuel prices or a complaint about another garage, there is no request in it. Search returns a lot of noise, which is exactly why checking the post before replying matters here.
What to reply and what never to say
What to reply
- Say what you do in the post’s words: «suspension», «tyre fitting», not «comprehensive servicing».
- Name the district or city and say in one sentence which cars or faults you work with.
- Ask the one question without which you cannot judge: make and year, or what exactly knocks or fails to start.
- In an urgent post first say whether you can help, and only then ask.
What never to say
- Do not write «best service» or «quality guarantee»: Namir rejects drafts with such promises.
- Do not name the price of a diagnosis or a repair before you have seen the car.
- Do not paste a phone number, a website address or a link to an advert: the person will answer in the same place they asked.
- Do not reply to a post that only mentions you without asking for anything.
A worked example: the post, the lead and the draft
Example
The post and the reply are invented for the example, translated from Ukrainian: neither the garage, the driver nor the accounts exist.
Vinnytsia. Looking for a garage for suspension: it knocks at the front right when I drive over a rough road. Please recommend a verified one.
Why this is a lead. It names the city, a narrow fault (suspension, a knock at the front right) and the word «verified». That is a request for trust, not for the cheapest.
Hello! We do suspension work, our garage is in Vinnytsia. Please write the make and year of the car and whether the knock comes on bumps or in turns: we will tell you what we would look at first.
Why this reply. The reply names the speciality and the city and asks for the make, the year and the kind of knock: from them you can see whether it is your work. It carries no price and no promise of quality.
Starter phrases for a car service
These phrases do not repeat the section above, and each is a request for a service. There is no promise about the number of posts here: each of them still has to be run on its own.
жоден СТО не відповів
In English: no garage answeredThe format «complaint plus a concrete object»: the person has already asked and nobody answered. They need an answer first.порадьте евакуатор
In English: recommend a tow truckA tow truck is wanted when the car no longer drives. It only makes sense to watch this phrase if you really have a tow truck.терміново потрібен евакуатор
In English: a tow truck is needed urgentlyThe same situation with urgency: the reply has to fit in one sentence.
Phrases that do not work
It seems like how a customer in a hurry would write. The query list shows otherwise.
готова заплатити
In English: I am ready to payUkrainians do not write this in public: only a few posts were found under such a phrase.за будь-які гроші
In English: for any moneyThe same: willingness to pay is not said out loud, so the phrase finds little.
Try it on your own post
Noticed a driver’s post in your city? Paste it, and the draft will use words from the post.
Find a post on Threads and paste its link and text: Namir checks the match, scores it and prepares a draft. You read it, copy it and publish it on Threads yourself, from the post opened by that link.
